Ive been purchasing classes at Core on and off for a few years now. I realized that not being 100% committed was not yielding me the results I wanted. The results meaning physical results but also a feeling of belonging to a place where people cheer you on when you are struggling, where the instructors take time to check your form, a community who participates in events "outside" the gym! So this November I decided to JOIN Core Physique and after two committed weeks I am already FEELING the results of my membership. I highly recommend Core Physique!

I can’t say enough how grateful I am to have found Kolleen and the Core team!! I have literally driven to the gym and sat for 30 min trying to psych myself up for a workout...here I can be sick, tired, anything but I don’t want to miss bc it’s such an awesome community of people!! Huge variety of workouts and trainers make it easy to come and not get the feeling of being stuck in a rut. Personal touch by owner and staff makes it feel fun to attend and be a part of this gym. Highly recommended.
