Personally, I have been very happy with Modify Health. I have used this service for two months and the meals taste good, and I don’t have any IBS issues.

Their customer service is professional and responsive. Plus it is very convenient to have the meals prepared as it fits perfectly into my busy schedule. I plan to use these meals for quite some time!

I have been following a low FODMAP diet since 2014. It takes a lot of work and time to meal prep all of my meals. I recently discovered ModifyHealth meals. They are incredibly delicious (absolutely amazing), healthy and good for my body! They are a complete life saver and I am beyond delighted and grateful! Modify Health is one of the best meal delivery companies I've found. They meet all the criteria I was looking for - fully prepared meals, dairy-free options, high quality ingredients of both plant and animal products, packaging methods for longer lasting meals, price, and so on. I highly recommend them!

I love this company. I have been eating their meals since June and I really like them. (My husband doesn't need a special diet but they are so good that he eats them too!) Amazing customer service too! One of my deliveries-the delivery company didn't get the box to me and Modify health called me and remade all my meals and shipped them again priority.

ModifyHealth helped me following surgery by delivering my selected low FODMAP meals. The meals were excellent, easy to prepare (2-3 minutes in the microwave). They were not packed in obnoxiously too much packing material and most, if not all, was recyclable. I highly recommend.
