Rajashree is an excellent yoga teacher! I came across her yoga studio when looking for classes to help with overall health/wellbeing. Her teaching style and classes are authentic and greatly benefit the mind and soul. She teaches you the skills to continue practicing on your own and building on your own. Highly recommend!

Excellent Yoga studio to learn hatha yoga as it should be taught. The pacing, flexibility and clear instructions by a well-qualified Yoga instructor made it a very joyful experience. After a week of practicing all the steps I was taught diligently, my meditation practice has deepened. I feel more flexible and more energetic also. I look forward to going back for the advance inverted postures in 6 weeks.

I was part of the July22 Surya Kriya batch and I highly recommend it. Most people don’t realize Yoga done wrong can disrupt one’s well being so it’s important to find Legit Yoga Teachers. Rajashree was just the perfect teacher for me to learn and has also created a wonderful environment to learn. Warm and welcoming! She also gave us an additional session to review the posture again. The extra mile for sure.I had a great time and I look forward to learning advanced programs in the future at SVC.

About SVC yoga: Rajashree is a trained ISHA teacher, she is calm, caring and sweet person. She taught me Hatha yoga and Suryakriya, the way it should be taught, by taking care of each and every aspect starting from setting up right atmosphere to carefully teaching and observing each and every single step, correcting every single position to utmost perfection. It does have a great impact and I can really feel that even with just 7 days of practice.

The studio is large, very pleasing, clean with many plants. She also has an extra room at studio for those who want to stay and learn these entire practice over a weekend or in consecutive 3-4 days sessions.

About Isha yoga: This is the classical yoga taught by the teachers like Rajashree, who undergo 6 months of rigorous teachers training in India. The classical Hatha yoga taught by ISHA teachers is different from others as it has maintained its originality in every sense, as taught thousands of years ago. Yoga is not mere stretching of body to lose weight or build good health and the way it is taught everywhere else now is just saddening. It is a tool to explore different possibilities enhance perception and It has to be learned in certain committed atmosphere. The subtleness of its practice, importance of breath and sequence all carries very significant importance which can only be learned from an Isha teachers.

I heard about Angamardana from Isha Yoga Center long back and since then I had aspirations to learn it. There cannot be a better place to learn Hatha Yoga in Atlanta, here I finally learned it over a 4 day sessions here in Sharp Venture Classical Yoga.

Rajashree akka takes care of every little thing around this place and it has been a transformational experience for me. I truly recommend SVC Yoga as the AUTHENTIC place to learn Hatha Yoga. If you want to learn hatha yoga in its purest form, this is the place to go for you. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !!!!
