Billy Howell Ford Collision Center was great and treated us so well. We came from an awful experience in another city & state where they didn’t even repair our car so we had to bring it to a new body shop when we moved to this area. This shop fixed up our car and fixed the other body shops mistakes. They were so nice and communicated with us often.

I was visiting my parents for Thanksgiving and couldn't find anyone to do a manual regeneration on my 2015 Ford F350. Leslie definitely came thru knowing I was in a pinch. They fixed it and I drove 689 miles back to Michigan. Thanks to everyone!! A.J. Myers

Recently had a fender bender on a late model Mustang. Stephanie and Paul went above and beyond to coordinate the repairs, insurance claims and rental car, plus the quality of work was excellent!
