  I had a wheelset built by PWB a few years ago. Over 5,000 miles later, wheels are still spinning true without any issues. Wheels are installed on a heavy steel gravel bike and I typically ride with my dog in a basket. So at 240+ lbs, these wheels are proven quality! Next wheelset for my other bikes will definitely be from PWB again. Thanks again!

  I needed to purchase two Velocity rims for a bike build that I am making for my son's birthday. It appeared that they were in stock at ProWheelBuilder, so I went ahead and ordered them. After two weeks with no shipping confirmation, I sent them an email asking if my rims had been sent. Debra, perhaps their shipping manager emailed me back and told me they were not in stock but expected the next week. Two weeks later, with still no shipping confirmation, I tried to call them to find that no one answers the phone (now yellow caution lights are blinking in my mind), but I left a message. Eventually, Debra got back in contact with me by email and returned my card. They are a reputable business, but they need a little bit of work when it comes to customer relations and answering their phones.

  My custom 650b HED wheels were hand built with real attention to detail. The PWB team has been great to deal with with excellent communication and after-sales support. Highly recommended!

  Ordered a set of mtb wheels. Great prices, but dummy me selected the wrong size hubs. Debra worked with me to get everything figured out. I did have to pay shipping and restock fee, but they happily took my wheels back and rebuilt with the correct hubs I needed. They also let me know the the hoops I ordered where going to be a few months so we decided to upgrade them.
  
  I do recommend using their help when building the perfect wheel for your needs. Great service and will be using them on all my wheel needs.

  Remarkable customer service. I ordered a small quantity of 12G spokes, but due to some new help in the warehouse I received what I believe to be 14G.
  
  The service group (Debra) went the extra mile to get me back on my bike and send me a couple of 12G spokes while their stock was getting replenished and the rest of my order could be completed.
  
  This could have very easily been a rough experience as the consumer with a rather small order, however, their heart is clearly in the business of making their customers happy and satisfied.
  
  I highly recommend their business!!!
