Piedmont Urgent Care

This is my and my mothers second experience with this urgent care, and we cannot say enough about how thorough, considerate, empathetic, compassionate, and just overall caring of their service! Anyone says anything otherwise, must not have been at the same location or in the right frame of mind because this was the most complete experience for both my mom and I and we’ve been here twice once with pneumonia once with Covid. And that is in the last three months of 2022/2023, so anybody that needs help, I highly recommend this team!

I was very pleased with my stay.
The receptionist was very pleasant.
My nurse, Tara, was very knowledgeable, caring and lovely.
Dr Kenneth Rice could not have been more thorough. He had a wonderful bedside manner and answered all my questions.
I have never had this kind of experience at a Urgent Care Clinic and I have been in a few in the most recent past ck and I’m Atlanta.

They were very efficient and kind, and listen to my concerns and what they could do for me, as I really needed to see a specialist. But treated me and kept me comfortable until I could get in with my doctor. Great Staff and Dr Rich was wonderful. Hope I got his name right. His nurse was fabulous as well super sweet. Lucy is wonderful at the front Desk!

We visited today for a Childs hand injury. Front desk staff were friendly and had us checked in a seen quickly on a Sunday! Tracy was great and handled our apprehensive child with care. Dr. Rice is an absolute seasoned professional doctor who was highly detailed and knowledgeable about the injury, xrays and expedited referral for additional care. Cannot thank you all enough. 5 out of 5 all the way. Cheers.
