Activcore Physical Therapy & Performance

Elizabeth has been great! I have been struggling with a hamstring injury that has been lingering for a few months. I session with her and she figured out what was wrong and what steps I needed to take to fix the issue that was causing the injury.

I was having back pain and could not figure out what was going on. I heard about Activcore from my PCP. She said that she regularly sends patients here, and that they all rave about the place. The facility is amazing! It is very modern. The COVID 19 procedures are top notch. I called the front desk and I was greeted by Dr. Tredway. She was wearing a mask and the clinic requires anyone that comes the facility to be in a mask at all times. We went to Dr. Tredway's office. I told her about my pain. She evaluated me and we started working on some exercises. Dr. Tredway said that I had a muscle imbalance and that I needed to strengthen my glutes. Specifically, the outer glutes. We did more exercises on the red cord machine and she assigned me what I should be working on at home. Before I knew it, the pain was gone and I could enjoy being more active. I would highly recommend Activcore to anyone who needs a physical therapist.

I had a positive experience with Elizabeth. I hyper-extended my knee and after I was able to put some pressure back on it, I visited Elizabeth to get all the muscles working correctly again. My quad was not load bearing and causing my stabilizers to over work. With regular visits, Dry needling, and preforming the recommended exercises within 4 weeks, 1-2 visits per week, I went from 20% mobility and an 8 out of 10 pain index to 80% mobility and a 3 out of 10 pain index. Within the next month with only 2 visits and following the exercise every day my knee was back to normal and my quad and stabilizers were back to behaving normally. Overall, I was greatly impressed by the professionalism and dedication to successfully correct my issues and chronic pain. I will say that my knee is better than before I had the incident.

Elizabeth Dalrymple is an excellent physical therapist. She gives her patients one on one service with knowledge, grace and attention to detail. Unlike most PT, she works with only one patient at a time so that you get the full benefit of her extensive knowledge. I was in an accident and broke 20 bones. She has been very helpful and insightful on analyzing my unusual case and how best to treat it. She will massage and dry needle (if you want) which can be very effective on pain. I highly recommend the one on one service and Elizabeth specifically.
