She really gets to know you before getting to all the doctor things. I feel like I’m talking with my friend and it is so easy opening up medically because of her amazing bedside manner.

My family has been visiting this clinic for the past 10 years, and I have always been impressed with the level of care and professionalism provided by their staff.
Most recently, my wife was in need of immediate medical attention, and every member of the staff was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Patricia and her amazing team went above and beyond to help us during this difficult time. They were able to expedite an insurance issue that allowed my wife to see her very sick father in another state, and she even provided a letter for the airline when my wife missed her flight due to her illness.
The nurses, doctors, and other healthcare staff were equally exceptional, demonstrating their dedication to providing quality care. They were thorough, proactive, and genuinely cared about my wife's well-being. They took the time to listen to our concerns, and the doctors were knowledgeable, friendly, and explained everything in terms we could understand.
We always find the clinic clean and efficient, and the check-in system is easy to use. They always make us feel comfortable and cared for. The communication is excellent, and we always feel informed about our medical needs and what to expect during each visit.
Overall, I highly recommend Windermere Medical Clinic for anyone in need of exceptional medical care. The entire staff, from Patricia to the nurses, doctors, and other healthcare staff, are exceptional, and I am grateful for the care they provided to my wife during a challenging time. (January 30, 2023, 12:45 pm)I had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Katrina Hope for bronchitis. I had already been suffering for over a week and had been seen by a doctor from a different practice. Unfortunately, I wasn't prescribed nearly what I should have been for a very debilitating virus. However, Katrina Hope knew exactly what was needed in order for me to feel better and get over this virus. I booked her on zocdoc a day prior to seeing her. I made sure to submit all information needed for the appointment so, it would go smoothly. It's literally day 2 and I feel 60% better. Thank you Dr. Hope, you rock!
