Picking out my dream engagement ring at Shane Co. was an awesome experience. Everyone here was so kind. My husband and I didn’t feel any pressure to buy a ring that wasn’t in his budget. I was surprised with a Shane Co. Classic Diamond on my engagement day and I’d have to say it is the prettiest ring I’ve ever seen. We went back shortly after to pick out my wedding band. Thank you Shane Co. for taking care of us. We will be back.

John was absolutely FANTASTIC!!!!! Friendly and knew his stuff. The Alpharetta location didn't have the ring we wanted in stock so John called the Duluth location and got thing arranged for me to order it from there because I needed it in time for vacation. We drove over right away and arrived RIGHT before closing and Gigi (who spoke with John) met us at the door and walked us right through the steps and helped pick out the perfect stone!! Gigi stayed late until we were all set and she was SUPER pleasant to work with. Good follow up phone calls as well from Shane Co. letting me know when the ring was ready to pick up. 5 stars hands down!!!!!

We had a great experience with Diana. She was patient and really listened to what we wanted. She spent so much time educating us and answering our questions. I also appreciated that she wasn’t a high pressure sales person with us. Great service. Great product!

The Shane Co. has been our jewelers for 21 years now! They are just the best, and today did not disappoint. Kai was just amazing and made our search for our daughter’s 13th birthday present so fun! He is such a wonderful listener and has such a great eye for detail. His patience and joyful personality set the tone for our whole visit which will not be forgotten. My sweet girl ended up choosing a beautiful London blue topaz ring, which will always remind her of how God, mommy, & daddy loves her. Thank you, Kai, and thank you, Shane co! You guys are still #1!!!
