Oral Surgery Specialists of Atlanta: Dr. Andrew C Aiken

Dr. Aiken and his entire practice are capable, welcoming and at the top of their game. I was unsure of what my next step should be re: an implant procedure I began elsewhere. Not only did Dr. Aiken give me candid, spot on advice, he referred me to a doctor who specializes in what I needed; something I never would have known without his guidance and expertise. I am truly grateful for the care I received here. I would give 10 stars if allowed.

Easy 5 stars. Had my wisdom teeth pulled by Dr Aiken yesterday and it was a breeze. Everything from scheduling/availability, staff, professionalism/bedside manner, the procedure itself, instructions, etc, was as smooth as I could’ve hoped. Most importantly the procedure was quick and comfortable and I’m on track for a successful recovery. I trust this practice.

Dr. Aiken is outstanding and his staff is top notch. He and his team were able to fit me in on very short notice (18 hours), which was crucial given the pain I was in from a cracked tooth. Their appointment setting and check-in process is superior to what I've experienced in the past (I did not feel like just another patient), and everything including tooth extraction went very smoothly. Minimal pain and bleeding and after 2 hours, neither of either! Pretty amazing, highly recommend.

You will never find a more qualified or caring surgeon in Atlanta. I was terribly anxious and am so grateful that I found Dr. Aiken. He is a calm, compassionate, informative, professional, and skilled surgeon. All of his staff are warm and helpful. A few things that stood out that I will remember long after my visit: Dr. Aiken's introduction by his first name, offering music to distract me from the procedure, fully discussing anesthesia, fully explaining each step as he worked, and asking repeatedly if I was comfortable or in any pain during the procedure. I hope I have many opportunities to recommend Dr. Aiken and his staff. Thank you for such a positive experience.

I have been to Dr. Aiken's office five times over the past six months for a tooth extraction and placement of an implant. He and his staff are professional, kind, and effective. His surgeries have gone well and follow-up care is good. I am comfortable recommending family and friends to him.
