He is always one call or email away, and always gets me taken care of, no matter the request. To be quite honest, I’ve never maintained a solid, consistent rapport with an agent before but Spencer has changed that for sure.

Lanier was excellent and exceeded all expectations. Please call this agent rather than endure State Farm's web site, you'll be glad you did.
