  I had a flat tire early this morning on 285 by the 400 exit it was cold and windy, called the dispatch center and the lady who assisted me was awesome she checked the cameras to make sure it was me and I was safe, then a HERO unit came within minutes both gentleman's was very nice helpful one of them was in training, they put me on the road fast and safe! THANK YOU!

  I had a flat tire on I285 on 9/30/18. I pulled over to assess the damage and there was HERO to assist me within mins. Fortunately for me, I passed the HERO vehicle assisting another driver a few exits prior to my incident so he wasn't far. I didn't even have to call, he showed up and took my information and started to change my tire. I didn't get the name of the gentleman but I wanted to thank him immensely for assisting me in my time of need.

  Calvin helped me today in the Macon Georgia area. He went above and beyond to help me with my tire! I am Beyond grateful for the 511 guys! Great service!!

  I had a tire blowout near Glenwood I-20. Hero was there in 30min. During traffic had my spare on asap. I passed the same unit past Glenwood dealing with a wreck. Great job. Thanks again. And it was 2 in training.
