Lice Happens

Franci was a Lice saver! Hahaha so thankful she came to our house. She was great with my kid & made the process less stressful for me. I'm 100% positive the Lice is all gone. She was very informative & professional!

We were fearful our household may have Lice and calling around for an appointment to check all local places were booked for days out. We called Franci and she answered right away and came to our rescue! This was our first experience and both my my girls had it. She was absolutely wonderful in helping show//tell us all what we needed to do and was so thorough and knowledgeable with the process. My girls adored her, she was so great with them and made this stressful process so much easier than I could have imagined. It was such a difference having a professional in our house working direct with us. I couldn’t recommend calling her more!

Franci was awesome - she is very even keeled, gentle, kind and great with kids. She has a wealth of information and is very reassuring about the steps you do (and don't!) need to take. She stayed late with us and made sure we had all the information we needed before heading out the door. What a gem!

Never fun or easy to find out lice is in your house. That said, our experience with Franci was so convenient, efficient and easy. She is super nice and professional. She is knowledgeable and happy to help and educate to make the follow up smoother!
