Haynes and his team were so professional and quick to deliver. We noticed toilet paper in our yard and he was able to come out same day and assess to create a game plan. Due to rain, we were put on the schedule for the following week. I received email confirmations as well as a same day text letting me know they were en route. Thankfully we just needed to have the system pumped and within a few hours all was finished. Very thankful to his team and would absolutely recommend them!

When our tank was at capacity and sewage started backing up into our downstairs bathroom, I called these guys and crossed my fingers that the referral (from home sellers) was worthwhile. So glad I did! Evening availability by phone, next day service, personable owner, fair pricing - hard to ask for anything else! I can not recommend and thank Superior Septic enough! I was put in a horrible position by my property management company for more than a week, but as soon as they gave the call to Superior Septic, I felt taken care of and I knew I could trust them to complete the job. Haynes was wonderful to work with and saved my house! He was responsive and attentive and I’m incredibly grateful that he helped me out! I will be using their services in the future and highly recommend them!

I had an issue with my basement sump pump not working. I had previously called a plumber and he lacked the knowledge to help me with the issue; however, Superior Septic was able to solve the issue in a matter of days once the parts were ordered. The price was competitive and the completed work was top quality. Highly recommended.

Haynes came out next day after we called. Had issues with water backing up into the house. He was able to pump the tank and install a service port for future service. Pricing was great didn’t feel like we over paid especially for the amount of work that was done. Will be using them in the future and definitely recommend them to anybody in need. Haynes answered all my questions and was extremely professional. Just as the name says they are Superior in service!
