I cannot say enough good things about W&R Academy. It is a truly different alternative to other schools. So many kids are stressed out trying to keep up with the Joneses with AP classes and pulling all-nighters studying. W&R recognizes that education consists of many things besides just book knowledge. W&R has found a good life balance that allows the students to receive an excellent quality education and also have time to experience life to learn the lessons that cannot be taught in books. AP courses are offered, but aren’t pushed like they are at some other schools. On the last day of school before graduation, my son had tears in his eyes and could only say “I wish I had been at this school longer”. He scored well on the standardized tests, got into the college of his choice in their honors program, and received several academic scholarships. In short, he is well-prepared for higher education and for life in general.

Our Son attended William & Reed since 2014. He graduated this year. The teachers at W&R are very caring and they give personal attention to each kid due to small class sizes. They really help each student to achieve his/her true potential. They helped my son grow both academically and personally during his time.
The Principal of W&R has great vision for the school and we saw the school go from strength to strength over the years.
W&R has Varsity teams for multiple sports and their Varsity Tennis team has won both Individual and Team championships of GISA Tennis for the last three years. The Varsity Golf Team has done well too in various competitions.

We love William & Reed Academy and started both of our kids here in 2015 and have watched how this unique and wonderful school has grown. Our daughter went there for five years and graduated (2020) and our son is currently in his sixth year (junior). We were so happy to find a school with small class sizes and teachers who really want to teach and engage with their students. Our kids love going to school just four days a week from 8am-12:30pm and having a three day weekend every week too! We cannot say enough good things about the wonderful, caring teachers & staff who are always available and go above & beyond for their students. The principal is very kind, fair, and fun and makes sure that William & Reed is the right fit for your student. We highly recommend this school if you’re looking for a smaller school where your kids get more individual attention and the teachers are happy to be there.
