I have never felt so pampered getting my teeth cleaned. I got a neck rest and sunglasses during treatment and a fresh hot towel afterwards. My check up was not stellar, I need a root canal. But now I can't wait to come back for more rest and pampering. LOL. Great experience, guys!

I recently became a new patient. I am so impressed with the level of customer service! The customer service is outstanding!! The front office staff are very warm, and inviting. I encountered Jae, and another young lady that helped me get scheduled and set up. They are AMAZING! I was informed upfront after my initial evaluation the cost moving forward. I left with a detailed plan for all my dental work. The Doctors’s, and dental hygienist at this location all have great beside manners. I am guilty of neglecting my dental health, however they make you feel very comfortable and at ease. I would recommend this location 10 times over. Amazing staff!

First I must admit I hadn’t been to the dentist in at least 20 years, so I was a bit anxious. The dentist I grew up with was a bit rough on the teeth which made me even more overly cautious.

After my first visit and meeting the team I felt at ease, even if a little overwhelmed, but I walked out of there with a plan of action and knowing what the next steps were on what has become my dental journey.

Dr Chen has a soothing energy about him that made me feel at ease. Which I definitely needed because I was a bit concerned (mostly because I hadn’t been to the dentist in so long).

Alina was also amazing at making sure everything was ok and explaining everything she was doing. I’d rather have too much information vs not enough.

Mariam did my deep clean and she will be the only person to do my deep cleans from now on. She checked in with me constantly and was rather intuitive with knowing when something was unpleasant. Her care and attention to detail has left my teeth looking waaaaaaay better than they did before my cleaning. Plus I just didn’t have to worry while she was cleaning. I didn’t feel the need to, which is a big deal for an anxious person.

The office is clean, everyone was friendly and professional.

I know I am in good hands with Dr Chen and his team and you will be too.

My experiences at Johns Creek Dental Associates has been nothing but exceptional. I switched dental practices after my previous practice failed to inform me of an issue with my wisdom teeth and molar after a year and a half of cleanings and x-rays. I am so glad I switched! Everyone at the practice is wonderful. They have a very friendly front office staff, the hygienist was amazing (she was very friendly and comforting), and Dr. Chen was very thorough in his explanation and treatment of my dental issues. I was informed of the costs of all services prior to having any work done. So, nothing was a surprise. I had to have my wisdom teeth and molar extracted. Dr. Chen's assistant was very caring and made sure I was as comfortable as possible. I didn't even realize the extractions were completed until Dr. Chen told me they were done. 24 hours later, I have minimal swelling and very little pain that is easily addressed with ibuprofen. Any anxiety or trepidation about the dentist has definitely been eliminated. I am happy and relieved to have found a great doctor and practice to entrust with my oral health!

Best dental office that I’ve experienced! Everyone there is friendly. I have been going here 4 year and there’s nothing negative that I can say. They are warm, professional and they do a great job. My old hygienist (Kayla) left and I was bummed 😕 a bit. However, they added another great hygienist to their staff. Whitney is awesome! My first cleaning from her today… she is very relaxing, knowledgeable & gave a thorough cleaning. I finally convinced my husband to leave our last place. He’s happy a well. He says Dr. Chen has cool futuristic toys 😀
