I had the most amazing experience with Erika for a facial. The owner of the spa set the momentum with a huge smile and a delightful hello. Although, I leave nearly 45 minutes away, I will return as a regular client. The ambiance, services, and the feeling of being a valued customer won me over. Thanks for a great spa experience, Team Bluefern.

Where do I even begin? The entire experience was amazing from the time we got out of our car and greeted to the time we left. The spa is tucked away in a shopping center and pleasantly surprised when we walked inside. The pictures online do not due it justice. It was a total of 3 of us and requested the 90 minute massage and time in the salt room. Everyone was friendly and very accommodating. The massage was one of the best I ever had and the other 2 guests agreed. After our massage, we were given robes and slippers and went into the tea room. We were blown away with the set up from the strawberries and blueberries to the tiramisu cake on top of red wine and tea. There were more goodies to munch on before heading to salt room. We spent about 30 minutes in there relaxing and watching Netflix. I highly recommend this place to anyone in the area as this place is total relaxation. We need to support more local businesses like this one.

I have to say I am more then pleased with what this spa has done for us. I am out of state and was looking for get a special gift for someone very special to our organization. She lives in John Creek GA. When we saw their spa, I called to get more information. Anthony took such great care of me. Not only was I able to purchase my gift certificate online for our special person, Anthony even went out of his way to deliver this gift to a local flower shop so our special person can received both at the same time. I am truly impressed with how they went above and beyond to take of this since I was not able to be physically their to hand myself. Thank you Anthony from the bottom of our hearts for everything you did for us.

Excellent experience from top to bottom; even the checkout experience was great, with NO UPSELLING like you get with other places. Eva is an awesome massage therapist!
