Very prompt at returning calls, and the staff I have dealt with has went above and beyond to get things set up and in place to get care in place ASAP. If you are looking for a company to help with care for a disabled child you should call ACE Healtcare they are great. Wish we would have found them 4 years ago. We would have not had such a roller coaster ride for the last 4 years if we had found these guys first.
