  Mr Rooter sent out a Tech the very next morning. Arrived on time and replaced the pipe. Was very professional and courteous. A few days later there appeared to be a wet spot on outside brick on house. I called Mr Rooter and they sent an inspector out right away.
  He was very thorough. NO LEAKS, just water trapped in between the walls trying to dry-out. The inspector was also very professional and courteous. I was very pleased from the moment the young lady answered my call to the lady who sent the inspector out. Their professionalism from start to finish was very much appreciated. I would definitely use them again and also recommend them to everyone I know who needs a good plumber. Thanks, Mrs Katheryn Smith

  After having contacted a few other plumbing services, I called Mr. Rooter because of their outstanding reviews in the Best Picks Quality Home Services Guide. Contrary to the process quoted by other companies, Mr. Rooter was able to come out the next day; determine the source of the leak; and perform the repair all during the same visit. Once providing the original quote, the repair job did not result in any additional fees or extra costs. I was very pleased and grateful for their response time, pricing integrity, and repair service.

  Please utilize this business for your plumbing needs. John was extremely professional and knowledgeable in providing guidance for a burst pipe replacement. The fix was greatly appreciated and I’ll be keeping him on as my official contact for plumbing repairs.

  Jeremy Hathaway is the man, or as my wife calls him, “a Christmas Miracle”. Our outdoor tankless water heater froze when the temps got below 20. It was Christmas Eve and everyone we called was either all booked, or closed for the holidays. Mr. Rooter Plumbing sent Jeremy who hit several hardware stores to find the equipment we would need to give us the best chance to slowly thaw our frozen pipes without causing them to burst. He wrapped a pipe warmer (my description) next to the pipes, then winterized the pipes to keep the cold air out. Less than 3 hours later, and we had hot water again!! Can’t say enough about Jeremy’s responsiveness, professionalism and quality work. Thank you Jeremy Hathaway and Mr. Rooter Plumbing!

  We needed a leak fixed ASAP and they were able to get someone out to fix it the same day. Jeremy was fantastic and very professional; he quickly identified what work needed to be done, and managed to get our main line in replaced in a single day. He was very responsive to our concerns, and had a fantastic attitude the entire time.
