After the below review was posted, Joe from Safe Dry reached out and made things right. He explained there should not have been a disconnect from the online quoting system and the on-site quote and apologized for the mistake, he was able to get a tech out the next day to complete the cleaning and the tech and service were great.

Bait and switch on the price. I scheduled a cleaning for 7 rooms, 2 stairs and 2 hallways ($290). There were a few coupons on the website that auto applied for this price, it also stated there could be extra charges for pet stains and heavy soil. The coupons listed were all about $0.20 cents a sq ft.

The tech arrives on time and is very friendly. He measures the spaces and it's 1360 sq ft total. And then quotes $1000-$1300 to clean the carpet depending on the package selected (0.80-1.00 cents a sq ft). Neither option is anywhere near the quote online. The price per sq ft is 4 to 5 times higher depending on the package.

The tech was very friendly, but didn't appear to have any control of the onsite pricing vs the website quotes. I expected a 20-30% increase for stains or soil, but not 400-500% increase. Very disappointing and probably consumer fraud.
