The Exercise Coach - Sandy Springs

I have hated exercise since, well, forever. This place is different. I’m lucky to have Justin for my coach! I’m not saying that it’s fun, but, 20 minutes and results too...can’t beat it!!

I love the one on one coaching and the variety of exercises possible within each machine! The coaches are enthusiastic and professional and help me push myself as much as possible. I have been a client for almost 5 years, and I highly recommend The Exercise Coach!

Exercising here has been great. I don’t have much time to exercise and what is great here is that one gets a customized workout in 20 minutes twice a week with a coach always at your side to give instructions on the proper way to accomplish the exercise. I am in my third year; I have lost weight, gained strength and muscle. In December, my feet went out from me on a wet floor; I landed pretty hard, really thought I would have bruising, but I escaped with no bruising and no need to present to a doctor, and I give thanks to being part of the Exercise Coach routine. It’s a tough workout, and well worth it!

The Exercise Coach is a super-efficient workout! I've been a client for 2-1/2 years and it's really made a positive difference in my health. The Coaches are very supportive and the schedule is really no-excuses.

I am the perfect demographic for this program - 60s, too busy to exercise, don't like the gyms(even though my wife is an exercise-nut and keeps trying to drag me with her), afraid of hurting my knees/hip, and aware I need to do something different. I also didn't believe two 20-minute workouts a week could have any impact.
Boy - was I wrong! I've been involved since May2016, and have increased my core strength more than three times over where I started! The computer controlled exertion limits prevent any possibility of injury, the one-on-one trainers know their stuff, and monitor me through every station.
Also, I have started my 16yr old swimmer son on the program, where he has already seen significant results in his event times. I firmly believe this program will be the edge he needs to bring home a Division I scholarship.
Bottom line - Old, young - I wish I had started five years ago!
