I wanted to write a review expressing my thanks to Maria Prestol . After numerous calls
to NAFMD and speaking with numerous employess there that just wont walk the extra mile I was lucky enough to connect with Maria. Maria made several calls to try and explain my plan to Great Expressions (BAD COMPANY) who kept us on the phone hung up on us and even lied. Maria hung in there with me and resolved the issue.
I was so frustrated I was even going to cancel my plan if it were not for Maria I probably
would have. She is a real asset and great customer service rep.
