Rob exceeded my expectations!!!! Rob went above and beyond to help with the sale of my fathers home while I was going through a conservatorship. We live out of state and he made the process easy. Rob Jenkins managed my rental property in Buford for a dozen years. There was very little turnover, as he screened and selected the best tenants, and then kept both tenants and owner happy! He handled all repair issues and when a tree fell on the roof during a recent storm, worked with contractors and insurance company to complete the claim.
