I've been going to this location of NGPG for at least five years and have always been treated respectfully and professionally by every member of the staff. The front office is great and I've never waited more than 15 minutes, usually less. This place hands down has the best nurses and doctors.....warm and compassionate.....who actually listen and treat me like a human being not just another "customer".
