The sale started out rocky but then the salesperson with whom we had originally spoken stepped in to smooth things over. Brad was great to work with and helped us with the purchase of our son’s first car.

Jacob was incredible as soon as I walked through the door through my car buying process. He was transparent and answered all my questions honestly. I came to Carma Automotive because of the attention to detail and upfront information on the car I found on the website. Jacob walks the mission of Carma in making the experience first class. I appreciate he and the great team at Carma Automotive! Will definitely recommend and will be coming back for our next car buying needs.

Update! July 2023

I am updating my review as promised. I have now had the car for two months now, and I have not had any issues with the car that relates to the sale of this car from Carma auto group. Sometimes, after sales person sells your car he’s off on his way to the next sale. this is not the case with Brad over at Carma auto group. He continues to contact me to see how the car is doing and how I like it. I have had a few questions and he responds immediately. As for the company, on a group, I feel that they are legit since I bought the car from Florida and they’re located in Georgia. There could’ve been a lot of things that did not go right and even know there were a few pick ups as of today I am very satisfied with the car. As promised, I will do a three month update when the time comes again. If you’re buying a car, I would highly recommend Brad you will not be dissatisfied.

I would like to take this opportunity to express the experience that I had while buying a car from Brad at Carma Auto Group in Duluth Georgia.

I bought a car without seeing the car in person. Brad made my car buying experience delightful.

Brad never pressured me to buy this car in any way. He was there no matter how many times that I called or messaged him.

When I couldn’t get through to the manager, Brad relayed all messages and took charge to make sure all my questions and concerns were met. I asked for a video session to the view the car and I wasn’t expecting him to spend so much time videoing the car and even went beyond to show details like a cracked dash board. The car was in excellent condition other wise.
The car arrived today from Georgia, and I was very satisfied with the looks and the feel of the drive. So far, after driving the car for about three hours oft and on there did not appear to be any mechanical issues or error codes. In a few weeks, I will be giving another update.
I haven’t had a chance to meet any other sales rep at this location, but I would highly recommend Brad.
In the near future, I will also do a review on Carma Auto Group in Duluth GA.
