Love the staff and Dr Shah is amazing. He truly listens and gives great encouragement as well as advice. Everyone makes me feel at ease. Been coming here for years, I just appreciate them.

I have been seeing Dr.Shah for a while now, I am very comfortable with him and his staff. Behavioral health has a couple of doctors, which gives you a chance to find someone you can relate to.

I really like the office staff, especially Debbie and Kim...they’re really sweet, but I love Dr. Reddy!!!! Dr. Reddy is awesome, because she looks at things like a professional, not as a buddy. Dr. Reddy tells me what I need to hear to improve my situation not what I want to hear, because in the end it will not help me.

Bottom line: if you see a person with 1 review to their name, take their review with a grain of salt. If you want to get better go to Dr. Reddy, if you want a doctor that is going to tell you what you want to her and enable you go elsewhere.

I've been taking my daughter to see Dr. Shah for a year now at the Duluth location. Debbie the receptionist/office manager is so very nice, helpful and always pleasant!!! Dr. Shah never rushes, takes the time to ask pertinent questions and it's hard to get anything out of my daughter. He works a getting her to open up. I'm a nurse and he really listens and manages medicines very well I believe.
