I want to express my sincerest appreciation for the way Ben and his Team put forth the effort into bringing my 2011 White G37 sedan to SHOWROOM condition. I purchased the vehicle used from a one car owner who smoked. Since I'm not a smoker, I simply wanted the cigarette smoke from the interior gone! Oscar explained the process and said he would do his best to make me a satisfied customer. Even to the point of showing me the full length of the seat belts, the headliner, visors and carpet and how the Team will clean the interior to remove the stains and odor. Oscar asked if I could leave the car for two days because he wants the car done right. I agreed. All I can say is WOW!!! The exterior shine was AMAZING!! The interior smell was gone. A week later, and the cigarette smell did not return. Ben and his Team is the BEST!! The Team even got all the fine scratches from behind the door handles removed!! Only Ben’s detailing would take on as tough a job as my Chevy Cruze! A flying can of spray paint on the freeway had coated my car with dots of paint but Ben’s team took care of it! The inside of my car wasn’t looking too good either but they made it look like a brand new car. Extremely impressed and highly recommended.

I was blessed with a 1997 Ford Explorer for my sons to drive. The truck was filthy and smelled of animals. The vehicle they returned to me was nothing shy of brand new looking. Ben and his team did an outstanding job! They went above and beyond to make sure I was happy.
