(September 3, 2022, 11:39 am)I had a great experience with the electrician, Art, from Casteel. Art arrived on time and completed the job in under 2 hours (circuit panel tune-up and installation of a whole home surge protector). Art also took the time to ask about any other concerns or questions I had about my home's electrical system. Art kept the garage clean and my panel looks very well organized. I am very satisfied with my repair service from Casteel, and I will contact them again in the future for my HVAC tune-up this fall.

(August 23, 2022, 9:00 am)Casteel was not the cheapest or the most expensive for the quotes i received to replace my 17 year old 3ton AC system. However, Monty was the most knowledgeable and thorough during the pricing estimate process. He set clear expectations and it was clear based on how he described the work, that Casteel cared to do it right. Install crew were on time, hard working, and professional as well. There was a minor issue of missing part on humidistat which they went above and beyond to fix in a timely manner. Overall, I believe they lived up to their promise to deliver an AMAZING experience. It's refreshing to see a company that truly cares about their workmanship and their customers. Would definitely use them again and recommend to others.

(April 24, 2022, 4:26 pm)Christopher Jones was great! He was on-time, knowledgeable, honest, and very respectful. Another company came out to give us an estimate and tell us what was wrong. They told us that we had a $2500.00 repair. Christopher honestly assessed our problem and saved us $2000.00. We will always use Casteel. There is nothing like a company that operates with integrity. Because he did, they will always have our business.

(March 24, 2022, 10:20 pm)My furnace died on Wednesday. I made an appointment online for Friday for someone to come check it out. Thursday afternoon I got a call saying they had an opening and they could come out and see it then if I was available. They sent two guys who took my furnace apart, noticed the melted wiring, and told me they could fix it, but it would be expensive and they would likely continue to find issues with our 21 year old system. I asked about a replacement, and they offered to have someone come out that night for an estimate.
The estimate went well, he measured everything and we signed off on a new unit. It was installed the next day by Luis, who arrived promptly on time, got to work, and would not leave until it met his standards. I really appreciated this. He even came back later to make sure it was quiet enough for me.
While it did cost a good bit, I appreciated that Casteel was able to install everything with almost no disruption to myself or my family, all in less than 2 days. Just incredible work all around. -

(March 24, 2022, 9:33 pm)I recently had services through a local plumbing company and Wesley was my technician. He was wonderful, very professional. He knows his plumbing and taught me things about my plumbing that know one previously had taken the time to show me or tell me. I have had plumbing issues for a few years because all they would do is come out and unclog and leave. This man took the time to thoroughly unclog and find the deeper issues and repair. For the first time in over 4 years we have proper running water pressure and excellent flushing power. I would highly recommend this gentleman for any of your plumbing needs! Kind, polite, knows his stuff and very thorough. I found Casteel from 104.7 the Fish and am glad I made the call!
