Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park

I was a bit skeptical after booking a party for my daughters 10th birthday, since I started reading all the bad reviews about previous parties at this location were pretty bad . I think that whoever you get as the host for your party will define your whole experience . I love Christina , she was amazing from beginning to end. Very attentive/ helpful to whatever we needed , she even helped me cut the cake and serve them . Now I do agree with how the food comes very late but that’s something out of her hand and due to it being Saturday it was busy so no biggie they gave us a bit of extra time in the room after our time was up . Even after your time is up they let you stay in the play area until the kids want to go home 😅. All the kiddos had a blast, that some didn’t want to leave. They made my daughters 10th birthday the best . Thank you , urban air and Christina for making this experience worry free for me .

Great party experience. We started precisely at our scheduled time. Our assigned host (Fantasia) was helpful and attentive. The girls had a great time too!

This was fun! The "flight" experience was cool. The race cars were fun but we didn't like they would stop all the cars every time someone barely bumped a wall which shorten the time you get to race about one and a half times around or 2 minutes! We never signed a waiver for the activities that all the birthday guest participated in so they need to be careful that could have been an issue if someone had gotten hurt!

Where do I begin… we took the 45 minute drive from Atlanta and it was well worth the trip! Our party of 4 (2 kids age 10 and a mommy-friend & me) arrived at 2pm, and we left close to 9pm. Unthinkable I know but how do you tell two 10 year olds it’s time to go when nostalgia kicks in for the Mommy’s and the kids are happy and intensely engaged!

The design and choice of activities were well thought out. The facility is well staffed and the teen staff are friendly and well trained. Although, I wasn’t crazy about the sky diving operators, as they operated important machinery while looking down at their phones. I personally thought an adult should have been more befitting for this attraction! It was quite unnerving!

The food was good. Dante at the concession stand didn’t miss a beat! He took care of us from the very beginning until the very end.

The air conditioning was “spotty”. It wasn’t unbearable but was noticeable. Industrial fans could’ve helped solve the problem. Maybe next time.

Other than that, this place is a kids paradise.
