  Nicky and in general the staff of Nine-seven are polite and caring. They try to let you feel comfortable and make their best to help you in your needs without great surprises in your bill.
  Nicky is a very good stylist and always do her best to please you in regards of your haircut and your hair highlighting.

  Super kind, super caring people. Supporting local businesses matters, and these wonderful people also support the local community. I want to see that continue to happen.
  
  Edit: Megan Flowers and I have figured it out. I knew I liked her, but it always takes a bit of time to get the color just perfect. She has been patient and kind to me, and has made every effort to help me get the hair I want to have. She's awesome and you should go see her.

  I’ll never go anywhere else to get my hair done. I finally got a cut and color I love! I recommend them to everyone! You can’t go wrong with any stylist there, but I rotate between Nicky and Megan. It’s such a great vibe and even better humans there.

  After years of going to a certain salon, my daughter and I wanted to try different hair places. She went to one (that I won't name) and was very disappointed, receiving something like a bowl cut (her style is edgy and cool, and it did not suit her at all). Later the same day I went to Megan at Salon 97, and I knew it was our kind of place! Urban yet comfy and artsy, not intimidating at all. I wasn't doing anything drastic with my hair, but Megan took her time with me to get familiar with what I wanted and liked. She also gave me some really good pointers for wearing my hair more curly rather than drying it straight. I was so pleased that I asked Megan if she could help fix my daughter's cut. She said she definitely could. I thought we would make an appointment for the following week, but Megan said we could come back after her last client that SAME DAY! So generous of her. We ended up coming in the next day, and boy did she make a HUGE difference! She gave my daughter expert texture and shape without having to take too much more hair off. 100% better! Then when I got out my wallet to pay Megan, she said no, I didn't owe her anything. I was stunned. She comped that time out of her day, and it wasn't even her mistake! Megan, you just got yourself two new clients!

  I’m speechless! . I visited today for the first time and OMG, Megan blew my mind!!. She captured exactly what I wanted and did an amazing job with my hair. The salon is gorgeous and the whole vibe was great. Chef kiss Megan! I’m definitely going back.
