  When I called the office to get a quote for coverage, I had the pleasure of working with Austin Dukes. On this particular day, I began making calls to various service providers in preparation for our relocation to Georgia. Of all the calls I made, this call was the only one that was without stress, complication or misrepresentation. The professionalism and clarity of what was being offered and/or recommended was clear and concise. After giving me a quote, I really appreciated how Austin checked with Cheryl to make sure that the quote would give me the best coverage for my need. Cheryl then became involved in the conversation and what really impressed me with her was, she began coaching Austin by suggesting things to him as opposed to just taking over and making changes. To me, that demonstrated that she respects and empowers her staff which, in my opinion, fosters great customer service. Thank you both for such a pleasant experience! God bless

  Wow! Cheryl just saved me $168 a month on my auto insurance and $686 a year on my Homeowners insurance, after I responded to the letter I got in the mail from her office. She’s very pleasant, meticulous and highly knowledgeable! I’m really grateful that I bumped into and got her working on my policies!
