Good car buying experience. The car was delivered. No issues. However, when I needed a copy of the bill of sale my salesman Jim Bohanan kept ignoring me. I sent messages on facebook and he would open them, but never respond. I left messages on his desk phone, but he never called back. I called his cell phone and he answered on the first ring. He said he was home sick with covid which is definitely understandable, but that could've easily been typed in facebook messenger because he opened every message I sent. I ended up getting the document from my local clerks office. Nothing was emailed to me docu-sign. If I asked for assistance from my salesman I should've been treated better.
I had a wonderful experience. I understood hybrids are challenging to find nowadays but the Credit Union Carfinders worked hard and found one that was right for me; and within my price range. I am very grateful.
Tyler Wood found us 2 perfect cars within DAYS, had them ready to go, perfectly detailed. Paperwork was super fast. No pressure to buy (how could we NOT? They were perfect!). Really so much better than the time and shadiness of dealing with dealerships, etc. One was financed through credit union and one was cash purchase. Both super easy. Tyler is super responsive via phone calls, text and email. Won't buy a car anywhere else!
