Atlanta Healing Center

Atlanta Healing Center aka AHC is like no other Addiction Center – and that is a good thing!
My family and I have been to a few rehabs and researched several before committing to AHC. They became more than just another rehab center for us… they were Hope, Healing, and Family.
When we arrived at AHC our hope was definitely lost. Honestly, after several rehabs we were anything but hopeful but our hope was restored at AHC and it didn’t take long. How? Simply by educating and sharing like no other rehab had done before. There was so much I did not understand about addiction – things you can not learn from a book, google, phone call, pamphlet, or website. I looked forward to Wednesday nights where we would have the opportunity to hear from experts in the field of addiction as well as hear from the addicts themselves should they choose to share. After this very informative hour we would break up into groups – Family members/loved ones of the Addict and the Addicts themselves would move into smaller groups (Young, Professionals, Medical, etc.). This hour was very much like an AA meeting led by AHC leaders in a comfortable and safe-feeling place. Here we also received and gave hope to those who were battling some of the same struggles as family members. Wednesday nights was a huge part of ALL our healing. I would also like to add – this very important tool was free and is forever. Once in the program you are always free to join Wednesday nights – I love to go and receive the education and now give encouragement to others as I was once given. I Love how AHC gives back in this way as well as the families.
I personally love how AHC does not treat everyone the same – each person is different, physically and mentally. They did not try and mold your loved one into what they knew about the disease. They took the time to learn about each individual's specific needs and then made a plan just for them. AHC was the first place I came to that actually practiced the concept that addiction is more than a mental disease. No matter how good and/or how many therapy sessions one attends if you are also battling physically (which most addicts are due to the drug of choice) it will be a very slow up-hill recovery for sure – if at all. It wasn’t until AHC corrected the physical effects of our daughters disease such as debleated nourishment and hormones as well as other very important issues that the healing began to really take place. I can thankfully say our daughter has celebrated 5 years free of Opiates!
We truly cannot thank them enough for helping us get our daughter and our family back! They helped mend the brokenness that comes with addiction. During family sessions they taught us how to communicate with each other again. Family is so very important to us - so glad to have our family back thanks to the AHC Family!
I highly recommend Atlanta Healing Center for individuals and families suffering addiction.

One thing that people may not know is that Atlanta healing center and Dr. Blank specialize in longevity and increasing overall health and wellness. Dr Blank has helped me a great deal. She and her staff are very professional and in tune with patients needs. I have never had a doctor look at my health in such depth. She did an amazing job analyzing my blood work. Balancing thyroid, and raising Testosterone levels has improved my entire life. My cholesterol is in line and I am not taking any statins nor Artificial testosterone replacement. My experience with Atlanta healing center has been 100% positive. All of the follow ups have also included A great depth of understanding and I am going to continue on this path. Thank you Dr. Blank and staff!

The team at the Atlanta Healing Center is incredibly knowledgeable and professional. They were able to assess exactly how stress and other challenges were impacting my health and jump start my life! They took time to talk with me and answered all my many questions. They literally showed me how to heal both mind and body. From the first interview and tests to the brain mapping and neurofeedback, my experience at the Atlanta Healing Center has been exceptional. I can think more clearly, my memory is ten times better and life feels much more in balance. Great people and great place!!
