  For the last 5 years or so, we were referred to a competing insurance company for my family's auto and home insurance. At the time, based on the policy. we were paying close to a mortgage's worth of a premium a month -- yes a month. With so many drivers and vehicles, we know we had to get our policy in order. Insurance shopping the first people I turned to was State Farm and after a search, I found the Brad Batchelor agency. I have never felt so much like family after my first interaction with the team there. Every single individual was willing to support our family's needs and were so open to learning more about us while solving our problem. In the end, the Brad Batchelor team was able to get us a policy (with even more benefits than our previous policy) and we are now saving over $500-$600 a month and getting more benefits! I know that does not happen in every scenario, but when you have a dedicated team willing to go the extra mile to ensure we are all protected, I would most definitely consider reaching out to the team here to look at switching over to State Farm.

  Today I spoke with Jennifer Bensman at State Farm and I must say she was awesome!!! She took her time and was very thorough in explaining all my coverage options. She even went over coverage I had no idea about. I must say that she went above and beyond this morning!! Excellent service..

  I enjoyed working with Elizabeth Frazee at Brad Bachelor State Farm office. She was very courteous and thorough in her work. She quoted me a price that was a lot cheaper for the very same coverage than my previous insurance provider. I am very happy I switched!! Great insurance agency!

  Brad's State Farm office is great! From the general manager to the agent Ive been working with (Alyson), Ive been very happy with them since I switched last year. They do a great job of keeping customers informed about changes, updates, and service offerings. They are also all just very personable in general and I got a very nice card from their office for my birthday. Highly recommend!
