So, I hate calling anyone for repairs expecting to be scammed and pay an exuberant price for any repair. But...I recently had a surprisingly, pleasant experience with Royal Flush. I found a slow leak from my hot water heater and just knew it was going to flood. I wanted to hopefully have it repaired before it did so I called about 7 pm to just a leave a message for them to return the call the next day. So it threw me a little when someone actually answered the call, was friendly and made the appointment for the next morning to come check out the leak. The repairman, Jason R, showed up at the time quoted. Jason asked me about the problem and went right to work. Instead of just telling me to replace the tank, he actually started to figure out where the leak was coming from. Thankfully, he did his job well and knew exactly what was going on and how to fix it. What I really like about Jason R. was he knew his stuff; he not only answered my questions, but he explained the answers and what he was doing and why. He even showed proof of the faulty equipment. He left me more knowledgeable about hot water heaters. Thankfully, the pricing was acceptable and the work was done professionally. Thank you, Jason R., for the taking the time to inform me respectfully and pleasantly. They have a high bar to live up to now but I'd definitely have Royal Flush come back out.
