I’ve been doing yoga and meditation for just over 17 years. It’s always hard to find authentic, non westernized yoga studios until now. The authenticity of Meric, the owner, and the instructors/individuals she has come in to do classes is unmatched. It feels like coming back home, to your center. Where you can relax and take in the goodness while also feeling safe to be vulnerable to allow yourself to grow. Love this place!!!!

I can’t say enough good things about this studio. The calm, healing environment and Meric is a fantastic instructor for both kids and adults. The kids camp in the summer is a real winner!

I have been a member at Akasha for over one year and joining was one of the best decisions I have made for my health and wellness. The owner, Meric, has the most beautiful heart and soul. She is one of the kindest and most sincere yoga instructor. She is an encyclopedia of health and wellness and I am so excited for everything I will continue to learn from her. We recently got back from our yoga retreat and it was life changing! Our mountain retreat was incredibly magical and I am still feeling the long lasting effects, even though our yoga retreat was over a month ago.
