  I have been working out with Pete for about 6 months. I’m am thrilled with the results in my overall health and look of my body. The changes are measurable but more important they are noticeable. I enjoy working out for the first time in my life and look forward to going to the gym. I highly recommend Pete and Decision Fitness fir anyone that is serious about making positive changes in their life.

  I'm a high school pole vaulter, and after getting injured twice this year with muscle strains, I was really looking to get stronger so that I could catch back up to where I needed to be. I decided to get a personal trainer, and Pete was cost affordable for someone my age with his student rate as well as someone who has pushed me physically and educated me mentally about my diet and eating habits. Before all of this, I had never done serious weight training or had ever been seriously educated about my eating habits. I've already been able to tell a difference in how I look muscularly within a couple weeks. I highly recommend, I've learned and been pushed a lot!!

  I would best describe this place as an investment in my health and work out career. I went for three months, got educated on the various approaches to attacking a work out, with a single objective in mind and that is to have a defined result for each and every workout. Now I can go into any gym and know exactly what I'm doing to get the results I want. Carbohydrates are no longer mystery and I know exactly how much protein I need on workout and off days as well. If you've been frustrated or confused I would highly recommend a visit to Pete at Decision Fitness and Nutrition

  Of all the trainers Ive tried in this area, Pete has been the only one able to get significant results. Not only have I slimmed down with his 20 minute work out program and nutritional guidance, I've kept it off which is something I be never been able to do before. To be honest, I couldn't imagine having any other trainer.

  Let me just say first of all that I thought I knew a lot when I first started working out with Pete. Funny😆. Not only do I now get measurable results with every workout, which by the way he guarantees, but I now have a complete understanding of protein, the various carbohydrates, and fats. I can now walk into any gym with a comprehensive plan to get exactly what I want to get done that day. No more question marks and aimless workouts which I now know were a waste of time. Can't recommend Decision strongly enough. Thanks
