I have never been so impressed with the Admissions Director Taye. He is
so detailed oriented and makes you feel welcome as you step into
the building. He knew every patient by name as we toured the
facility. The social worker, Olivia assured me that once the patient is
close to discharged, she meets with the family to support their needs
at home. The entire new team at this facility completely blossomed and I give them a thumbs up!!!

I couldn’t be happier with Autumn Care of Suffolk, they have a transparent and fluid admission process. Their admissions and social services department pride themselves on working diligently to make sure their families are included and updated every step of the way. They work hand-in-hand to ensure the best care is provided. They do this through frequent care plan and Your Path meetings. They work directly with their vendors to ensure that each resident is able to receive the needed care outside of the facility as necessary.

Our family recently had to place my 97 year old Grandma in a nursing home facility and selected this one because of it's convenient location. I have been so pleased at how nice, friendly and helpful the staff is. They are doing a great job with Grandma and she is so happy to be in such a loving environment. I am so grateful to have had the chance to work with all the staff getting her admitted and settled in. I'd like to give a special shout out to the Admissions Director, Nicola Munford. She has gone above and beyond duties to assist me in making this transition, by staying late on more than one occasion and helping me with all the paperwork and legal documents. kudos the her and everyone there.
