(July 15, 2022, 1:24 pm)I had an animal corpse rotting under the house for weeks. Finally called A & A and they sent someone out within the hour. He quickly identified the location of the dead raccoon and removed it with no charge. I'm very impressed and recommend this company without reservation!

When I encountered a follow up issue with the City, they were just as responsive as my previous experience. That cannot be said about several companies I’ve encountered.

Not only was A&A’s quote $600 cheaper, they were more knowledgeable about what was in my attic and how they were getting in!! Turns out it was flying squirrels and there were a few different entry points they’d been using. Through out this whole process A&A has been polite and professional and given great service. I highly recommend
