PetCare Animal Hospital

I recently moved to the area and needed to find a new vet for my babies I am so happy that I found PetCare. I’ve had to bring two of my pups in and each time the care and service has been top notch. From the front office to the back office, everyone has made me and my babies feel like we’re in good hands. This last time we had to be referred to UGA vet hospital. They made the calls so uga knew we were on the way. Fortunately, everything turned out well. I even followed up over the phone the next day and the dr was wonderful. So happy to know that they are just a few minutes from house. Highly recommend!

I’m new to this practice but I’m so glad I checked them out! I put in a request for an appointment late one night, and they called early the next morning and was able to see my fur baby that day. My kitty cat and I saw Dr. Chambers, her and the vet tech were amazing and took great care of my cat. Highly recommend

I’ve only used them for boarding so far but they were amazing!! Sent me pics of my dogs playtime everyday and he looked like he was having a blast. Definitely say I will board my dog here again.

My husband and I and our fur babies love Dr. Dodson and her staff at PetCare in Flowery Branch. Whenever we visit PetCare we are always impressed with the knowledgeable and compassionate care that our pets receive. We would definitely recommend them.

All the vets and techs are absolutely lovely, the only thing I would say is they overbook themselves so there’s always a wait of about 40-45 minutes before you get seen, then 15 minutes after getting seen to pay your bill and leave. So with an anxious animals it feels like hours.

Editing : after being here for over an hour (for two simple rabies shots) they explained they had accidentally given my cats EXPIRED VACCINES and that I’d have to come back in two weeks and actually pay to have them done all over again. This AFTER my kitten peed all over himself and his carrier because we were there for so long.
BIG However. The owner called a week later, apologized and even offered to come to our house to give them the new doses of rabies shots. (I couldn’t take her up on that) but the offer was really appreciated. Still have to pay for the shots, but hopefully won’t have to wait for over an hour to get them 🤞🏻
