  Shannon was extremely professional with me from our beginning phone conversations up to the two hour meeting in her office. I’ve never really understood the insurance industry because no one had the time to really explain it to me. I hate to say it but we always bought insurance because they sold us on it and thank God nothing tragic happened because we never really had good insurance. I met Shannon at her office where she spent a few hours with me and explain to me everything that I should’ve known for many years.
  What I walked away with is that she is not just selling me insurance like so many try to do. Shannon tries to build a relationship and she customized a plan for me that I understood extremely well. A plan that I can go to sleep at night not worrying if any major medical happens to me or my family. I’m happy to have met her and will be referring her to many of my friends.

  My existing Medicare Supplement policy premiums have been increasing significantly. My previous agent did not provide any options. I looked up Shannon and all her reviews were excellent. I personally met with Shannon, described my situation and she went to work. After checking all options, she found me a comparable policy at a much better premium. She promptly returned my calls and went out of her way to provide service. Shannon is very knowledgeable and you cannot go wrong using her as your agent.

  Shannon was amazing to work with. She was very efficient and was available for any questions I had. I would recommend working with her to anyone. I have cancer and she worked her magic to get me the lowest possible price with out sacrificing the quality of the insurance. Great at her job and the first and only insurance agent I will work with.
