(August 4, 2019, 6:36 pm)It is the best park on Lanier this year.The water is so clear you can see the beautful bottom. There is a large sandy beach for families and for couples there are many semi private spots scattered throghout the wooded beach .It is very safe and family friendly with a block party feel to on weekends when it is packed an everyone is cookingout.

(July 29, 2017, 3:52 pm)Nice park with a beach area, boat ramp, and picnic benches with grills (I saw a total of 7). There are also some short walking trails along the water with nice views and benches to sit on.
The beach area is really nice and wasn't too crowded on a Saturday when we went. They also have free life jackets available for the kids to swim with. The parking fee is $5.
