First Baptist Church-Locust Grove

Tears came in my eyes, as the google format prompted me to “write a review about your experience here” … First Baptist Locust Grove, will always be the most special place in my heart. It’s the place, where I fell completely in love with our beautiful Jesus, & fell in love with His Church. Everything about it, I grew up with our family plans constantly surrounded on when the doors of the church were open… it truly is home. The Lord used every single person in this sweet movement of God to develop me into the Emma Gowen, he originally intended me to be!! First Lg, you’ll always have 5/5 🌟 review in my book! 💛

Beautiful church. My grandson had his graduation party here and it turned out wonderfully.

I Drive 2.5 hours one way to attend this wonderful church. You WILL EXPERIENCE and feel GOD'S WORD and PRESENCE in this church. I love this church with all my Heart.

I have been attending First Baptist Church Locust Grove for about 13 years, and I love it! The people are warm and welcoming, and I have made many life-long friends here. Pastor Talon is very knowledgeable of the Bible and his sermons are exciting because his love of Jesus is what fuels everything that he teaches. Our church exists for Jesus and those who don’t know him yet. This is the kind of church that I want to be a part of because our mission is to help others become passionate followers of Christ and that should be the basis of every Christian’s life.

Wonderful church with great people!! Have been attending for 6 years after moving to the area. Everyone was so welcoming and encouraging from our very first visit. We truly have a family here. Pastor Talon delivers clear, Biblical messages that are engaging, educational and energetic. This church truly cares about people, those who know Jesus and especially those who don’t know him YET!
