I was able to get a next day appointment for my sick little dog, who had eaten something outside that had upset her stomach and given her a touch of the runs. I was allowed inside, where it is air conditioned, thank the good Lord! I was seen on time. The vet tech who helped me--I forget her name--was very kind and helpful. The vet, Dr Dionne--I think she is Dr. Johnson--came out to talk to.me about treatment and was very pleasant. They treated my little dog, and gave me some medicine to give her at home, for her runs, which, though the medicine was messy to give, worked. Today she is back to normal. I appreciate being able to be indoors and being seen so quickly.

I can’t even begin where to start.

Years ago I had to come here to put my 6 week old puppy down. Then, everyone was very comforting and even hugged me during the toughest moment of my life.

Fast forward a month ago, I’m back in with my 5 year old who I find out if suffering from HGE. The staff took him in like he was one of their own. They were there to answer any and all the questions I had.

Fast forward again two days ago, we were back in for the same problem- once again, they took him in and care and loved him like he was family. They are very understanding and very patient.

Please note that they are more expensive than most vets, BUT please keep in mind as well as this is a animal hospital that is open 24/7- therefore it is expected. This is NOT your ordinary Primary Care Vet for your pooch or kitty. I have been in here before to hear people cussing and screaming at techs because id the prices, I understand when times are hard and your loved one is feeling ill, you feel hopeless. But they can only do so much, they also do not control the prices of their medication and services as I believe that is more of an upper management service. But I’m not downing them at all because all I’ve ever had with them is love and care to not only my baby, but to me.
