Everyone at this studio is like family and they have helped me really connect to my own body and my own practice for the first time. I can confidently say that yoga has changed my life, and this studio offers a sacred place to connect with yourself and encourage you to embrace and grow into your own power.

(November 19, 2021, 10:27 am)I am very grateful ISY stayed open during the pandemic and i was able to attend classes in-person or online. I love the instructors there and like the fact that they reach out their yogis and open to listen to their requests or concerns. I was pleasantly surprised when they call me during my maternity leave. I really needed support at that time and it was good to hear from them. Plus, their studio is kept clean which also makes me feel safe during my practice. I recommend Indigo Soul Yoga studio to everyone. It is a very welcoming and warm environment.

I have been practicing here for over a year and I have enjoyed every moment. The staff is warm and receptive to all. Definitely my favorite place to practice!

(August 14, 2021, 11:26 pm)Hands down Indigo Soul is the best yoga studio around. Wonderful teachers, beautiful space, and a variety of classes that are perfect for any level of experience. The teachers are very encouraging, patient, and always makes sure everyone gets the most from each class. The studio is always warm, welcoming, and clean. The classes are amazing they offer everything from peaceful relaxation to sculpting and strengthening. I am new to yoga but I couldn't imagine it gets any better than this amazing group, I have never had such a noticeable transformation inside and out any where else so fast this is a great place to call home.
