I may have to return this thing though. My kid hasn't been on time for high school the whole 2 weeks he has had it. Refuses to leave the bed in the mornings! He reports that it is the most amazing bed he has EVER slept on and feels better sleeping on it than any other bed in his long almost 18 years of life! (not returning, as my kid would leave me!)

My wife and I were looking for new mattress and 3 of the places we went were high pressure sales and trying to get you to fill out information to be contacted. I googled mattress stores and found Direct Mattress in Locust Grove which surprised me. Her website mentioned relaxed and no pressure sales. That's exactly who they are.

Michelle was actually not available the day we went but even her assistant that day was incredible. Matter of fact they close at 5pm on Sunday and when my wife and I were done enjoying a very relaxed atmosphere to learn and try out different mattresses we looked at the clock and it was 5:40pm. She never said a word and we walked away with 2 twin XL firm mattresses with the awesome adjustable bed frame. You must buy a frame that has zero gravity option. Trust me!

Do not buy a mattress and adjustable bed frame until you go see Michelle. It would big a big mistake. I am recommending everyone to go here and buy from a local business owner and member of commerce too.

She is so responsive to calls and emails as well. I can't say enough about how well our experience was here and the PRICE to get what we wanted.

BTW, her husband came to set up everything and he was fantastic too.

One other thing. We thought we were getting our bed on a date we set but the frames did not arrive on time. Issue was we sold our bed and mattress and had no bed to sleep on. I called Michelle and her husband came with the mattresses so we had something to sleep on that weekend.

That's incredible customer service folks!!! You won't get that at a big brand store.

I have been looking at the Bed in a Box Mattress that we have in a twin and love. Luckily we were able to come up from Florida to Georgia to meet Michelle at Direct Ship Mattress. The only place I can find that has a showroom with the brands I was interested in to try all the new mattresses. Michelle is so knowledgeable about this industry. She treated my wife and I so good. We bought a Split King from her and we are in heaven sleeping on it. Thank you Michelle, We will be back.
