Arrowhead Clinic Chiropractor McDonough

I want to thank the staff of Arrowhead Clinic in McDonough,Ga for working with my granddaughter and I after the accident that we were in. From the moment of arriving at the facility, the staff and Dr. Keaton were just great. They took time out to explain our injuries to us. They even worked around our schedules. They made my granddaughter feel safe and understand on a fifth grade level that she would get better when she was unsure of the pain that she was in at that time. When it comes down to me, Dr. Keaton made sure that the pain that I was in went from extreme to being extremely bearable. The staff was so friendly to where each session didn’t feel like work and it made getting better much easier. I feel as though I made not only new friends but new family members. Each young lady made sure that we knew if we needed them again their doors was always open. It was great saddens that our time came to an end but, I will most definitely keep in touch and they will be missed. We love you ladies

Always exceptional service, from day one I've been really thankful and appreciating all treatment provided. All the staff is friendly and helpful anytime I have any questions. If you're ever involved in a serious car accident this is the place to go! 10/10 would recommend 😃

Everyone here is amazing and sweet very patient and understanding. Kendall the receptionist is one of my favorites she always have a smile. Everyone here makes sure I’m well taken care of. Their customer service is amazing

They are absolutely the best at their job. The staff go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. Amazing customer service skill. The moment you walk in you are greeted with a smile and a smile on your way out. They are just an amazing set of staff. By the time you are finish you can call them friends!

The McDonough clinic staff is friendly and are very professional. During the pandemic they keep the clinic clean and wipe down after every use. I went to Arrowhead clinic back in 2017 and I like the doctor then so I had to come back again. Anytime I need any chiropractor care I will choose the McDonough office. Thanks Arrowhead staff for taking such great care of me.
