Customer service is very important to me. Thank you! The selection was also incredible. The Halloween and Christmas selection is amazing! I wish I could purchase everything! The card selection and wrapping paper/bags/bows couldn't be better. I highly recommend this store! I will definitely be back!

(October 17, 2021, 12:31 pm)Amy's Hallmark is one of the many Hallmark stores in the western suburbs. They are located in a big mall and it's easy to find a parking spot unlike some Hallmark stores. They have a great collection of goodies for holiday shopping and was already selling out the Christmas ornaments. Many of the popular ones were sold out and they have them in multiple themes including the popular Disney franchises like Star Wars and the likes.
They have a pretty decent collection of greeting cards though I could not find a lot of variety in the birthday section for my wife and our kids "mom" categories. The staff are welcoming and greeted me many times (different people) and wished me a great rest of the day when I was exiting. -
