If I could give more STARS I would! Joanne is the absolute best! I just bought a new car in January and the insurance I had did not cover gap insurance. Joanne was recommended to me through a friend to find a good insurance with gap. I was skeptical at first because I’ve never used an insurance agent. But let me tell you it was the best decision I’ve ever made. She found me the right insurance for the right price. I trusted what she said and added on a loan payoff for $27. In August, a girl pulled out in front of me and I hit her straight on. She was one of the first people I called when I got home. She helped me through the whole entire process, answered very phone call (which were many). I had never been in a wreck and I had no idea what the process was, she had my back when the fault was leaning towards me. She helped me fight it and gave me great advice. My car ended up totaled , my insurance paid my loan off and I’m getting a very nice check to be able to get the same car I had before.. I will forever be her client!

Joann is awesome! She has responded very quickly to every text and email I’ve sent her. She has made me feel comfortable with my sometimes lack of insurance knowledge. I would suggest everyone gives her a call. Great prices and excellent customer service!
