  My 1st time and they started ontime and work through the process. I enjoyed my stylist Shawna and will be back..
  
  Round 2.. i came back because i found my hair home. Rakenya shampoo my hair and all i needed was a blanket and i would of been out. It felt so relaxing and she always asked about the pressure.
  
  Shawna styled my hair with her vision because i had nothing in mind but to have it done and not have to deal with it for some weeks and i absolutely love it. She's has hair growth hands and moves quickly.
  
  This place is very professional and punctual. They greet everyone when they enter and get you connected to your stylist quickly. If there's any hiccups they keep you informed.
  
  Needless to say i scheduled my 3rd appt and will be back again.

  Today was my first visit at RockAfro. The receptionist was very nice and professional. Briana saw me right away. No waiting; I have never been to a salon where you don’t wait for 30 minutes or more. She is a very skilled stylist; she made me feel welcome and is a very nice person.
  I got a Shampoo, hydration treatment, trim and comb coils. It only took her a little over 2 hours to complete everything. The atmosphere is amazing as well and clean. I am very satisfied and already scheduled an appointment with Briana to get the same services. Thank you Briana! 🙂

  This was my first time visiting the Rockafro Natural Hair Salon and it was great! I loved the atmosphere and how friendly everyone was. My stylist, Ashunti was great too! She continuously checked with me to make sure my braids weren't too tight which I really appreciated very much. The only thing I could think of that could be improved on is that if the stylist does anything extra that will increase the fee, the stylist should make sure to mention how much extra it will cost before proceeding. I washed my hair right before heading to the salon because the website said pretty much to come with your hair washed or add it to your appointment for an extra fee (not verbatim, just summing it up). So I decided to wash my own hair. Since it was still damp, my stylist asked if it was okay to blow dry my hair so I approved. Later when it was time to pay for the service, I saw that the blow drying came up as a $10 charge. It's only $10 so it wasn't a big deal to me but it would have been nice to know that I would be charged for that beforehand. Aside from that, I really liked it! I will definitely be going back and recommending it to my friends and family! 😁
